The bore measurement refers to the distance between the centers of the two mounting holes. It does not describe the overall length of the handle. Therefore, check your drawer’s hole spacing before ordering.

Choosing Hardware for Your Furniture

A replacement pull should suit both the drawer and the surrounding hardware. First, compare the mounting measurements. Then consider how the handle and rosettes will look against the drawer front.

For a coordinated result, review the finish of nearby knobs, pulls, and keyhole plates. An Antique Brass finish can help carry a consistent appearance across a furniture piece. However, finishes may vary between different hardware designs.

You can also use this pull when planning a new furniture project. Before drilling, confirm the placement and leave enough room to lift the bail comfortably. Careful measurements help you position each handle evenly.

Check the Fit Before Ordering

Measure existing mounting holes from center to center with a ruler or tape measure. Next, confirm that your measurement is 7″. If you need several pulls, check each drawer rather than assuming every spacing matches.

Finally, review the material and finish listed above. Select SKU 4225 for a heavy brass-plated zinc bail pull with rosettes in Antique Brass. For additional project ideas, browse Ansaldi’s furniture hardware collection.
