The oval back plate and bail design is well suited for drawers, cabinets, dressers, chests, desks, and other furniture pieces. It can also be used when restoring older furniture and replacing missing or worn hardware.
The Hepplewhite style is known for graceful proportions and refined decorative details. This design is also commonly called a Sheridan pull. The traditional oval form makes it a natural choice for period furniture and classic restoration work.
