The oval back plate provides a decorative base behind the bail. The bail hangs from the plate and provides a comfortable grip for opening drawers and cabinet doors. The combination gives the hardware both practical function and traditional decorative detail.
The design is also known as a Sheridan pull. It works well on bureaus, dressers, chests, desks, cabinets, drawers, and other furniture pieces. The oval shape adds decorative detail without overwhelming the furniture.
When replacing existing hardware, measure the distance between the mounting holes before ordering. Selecting the correct bore size helps ensure that the new pull fits the existing holes.
The Antique Brass finish pairs well with traditional furniture hardware, including brass knobs, escutcheons, back plates, and other decorative pieces. This makes SKU 7015 useful for furniture restoration projects where several pieces of hardware need to coordinate.
Whether you are restoring an older piece or adding traditional details to new furniture, this pull provides a classic appearance with two useful size options.
